Welcome! My life has been a healing journey, both of myself and of others.  Ever since I was a child, I've been fascinated by psychology and spirituality, as well as the expressive arts.  I started working with clients in 1994 and have been honored to companion thousands of individuals, couples, and families on their own journeys towards greater peace, happiness, and wholeness.

As a seasoned licensed psychotherapist, life coach, and certified interfaith spiritual director, I offer a breadth and depth of services to best fit your needs and desires as a client.  I am also certified as a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, which can be part of or the sole focus of a healing session.  All services can be provided in person or remotely, as well as at the concierge level.  Additionally, I speak Spanish and can offer sessions en espanol if preferred.  Please check out the Services link for more information about these offerings.
